Retail Customers: If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from Plexus, you have up to 60 days from receipt of the product to contact Customer Service for a return authorization. You will need to return any unused product along with its original packaging to Plexus prior to a refund being issued for your product purchase, less shipping & handling. If you have purchased directly from a Plexus Ambassador, please contact that individual for a direct refund. You will need to return any unused product along with its original packaging to the Plexus Ambassador whom you purchased the product from.

Ambassador Return Policy

Ambassadors: Ambassadors may return product for a full refund upon notifying Plexus Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of their product purchase and upon receiving authorization. Product must be returned in resalable condition. A refund for the purchase price will only be made after the product has been returned and verified to be in satisfactory condition.

Ambassadors’ customers (direct transaction):  If a customer is unsatisfied with a product purchased directly from an Ambassador, they have up to 60 days to return to that Ambassador their unused product and its original packaging, their full name, phone number and email. Once this is done, the Ambassador issues the customer a refund for the purchase price. The Ambassador then contacts Plexus Customer Service for authorization and sends the collected items to Plexus. After contacting the customer to verify that you have issued their refund, Plexus will issue replacement product for the return items submitted.

    1. According, to the Plexus World Wide the 60-day guarantee is only valid when you purchase directly from an Ambassador. Ambassadors with Plexus World Wide are NOT allowed to sale Plexus Products on EBay. There isn't anything I can do to assist you as you are not one of my customers. You can contact Plexus World Wide Customer Service if you need more information.

Me as well I have called since 11/02/2015 sat on hold for at least 50 minutes average each time, if NOT over an hour on hold, just to speak to a representative for 2 minutes who just created a refund/cancel ticket for me that was it. Still no refund or anything. I have mailed back everything that I had (did not work for me) and still no reply to emails and still sit on hold for over an hour on the phone just to have another ticket created. This is total BS!!! Still no refund either over $190+ I should be receiving

  7. I have tried multiple times calling that number and pressing 3 and sat on hold an hour before finally giving up. I have also sent emails with no response! The 60 days will be over by the time I ever get in touch with someone...Poor customer service!

  8. I am having such an awful experience with this company. I have called about 6 times and waited on hold for hours and NEVER got in touch with anyone. I have sent 4 emails and never heard anything back. There is no way to get plexus to stop charging my card, since I cannot get in contact with anyone, so every month $120 is getting taken out for products that just sit in my room. I am so disgusted at this point. I have to cancel my card and get a new one because of all this. Such a waste of time and money.

  9. I have also sent several emails to get my money back. No one has gotten back to me. This product made me very ill and I need this company to refund as per the website details. I bought product directly from the website, so I have no ambassador to help me out. I will be reaching out in all social media sites to help get this issue resolved and to warn other potential customers to spend their hard earned money elsewhere. What a scam!

  11. I've been trying to cancel my autoship for over two months. No response to my MANY emails and I've stayed on hold for hours. Finally called the credit card to stop the charge. They stop it according to the amount. So, plexus changed the amount to make the charge go through. I will refuse the package with the post office next time and I will dispute the charge with my credit card. Then my next step will be to cancel my credit card altogether. What a scam! In the beginning I didn't even intend to cancel my order, only change it, but I refuse to do business with a company that won't reply to emails or answer the telephone.
