Updated Plexus Compensation Plan for Ambassadors

Two Exciting Enhancements to the Plexus Compensation Plan
As announced on the Opportunity call, we have two exciting changes to the Plexus Compensation Plan that will be implemented in the coming months.

The purpose of the Plexus Compensation Plan is to provide the goals and incentives to Ambassadors to build their Plexus Businesses in a step by step fashion. That’s why the current Compensation Plan has 9 different ranks from Ambassador all the way to Diamond. Each rank is designed as another step along the way leading to Diamond.

However, when we looked at the step between Emerald and Diamond, we realized it was more of a giant leap than a step. We decided that in order to provide the proper incentives and encouragement to our Emeralds, we needed to provide an interim step. And, that’s what we have done.

First, we are pleased to announce that we have created a new rank in the Compensation Plan. It is the rank of Sapphire. It will take 3,000 Points to become a Sapphire Ambassador and, as a reward, Sapphires will participate in a 1% bonus pool. This 1% comes from splitting the 2% currently in the Diamond Pool between the Diamond and Sapphire ranks. It is NOT coming out of the Ambassador Pool.

Second, To keep the point requirement consistent between the top ranks, we have also reduced the requirement for Diamond to 4,500 Points!

Our hope is to be able to officially introduce this new position as of September 1st but, before we do so, we need to make the changes and then run the program for at least one month to make sure it is working correctly.

Complete details will be announced as soon as they are available. For now, here’s how it would look:

Emerald                     1500               Share of 3% Pool

Diamond                    4500               Share of 1% Pool
